Purpose of the Website

This is a private reference site. It does not store official records and cannot confirm custody, release a person, accept a filing, or act for an agency.

Its content directs visitors toward Allendale County and South Carolina inmate, jail, release, court, and supervision resources. Some functions connect visitors with outside research tools.

Acceptable Use Rules

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. We do not provide background checks, credit reports, consumer reports, or screening services. Our advertising partners do not provide those services through this site. You agree not to use information found here for:

South Carolina Law

South Carolina law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be filed in a court with proper jurisdiction in South Carolina.

Severability of Terms

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force. The affected provision will be adjusted only as far as needed to make it valid and enforceable.
